Sept 8th - Nov 28th 2025
12 Weeks
Two face-to-face Group Sessions Per week
[Maximum 7 people per session]
This is for you if....
🙋♀️ You're a complete beginner or getting back into exercise after time off
🙋♀️You have a gym membership, but spend most of your time on the cardio machines because you're unsure of the weights area
🙋♀️ You know strength training is important, but don't know where to start and are nervous you'll get injured trying to figure it out
🙋♀️ You may have played with some resistance training, but have lacked a structured programme that progresses you to get results
🙋♀️ You need the expertise of one of our trainers and their watchful eye, but need a more affordable solution than personal training

I’ve been attending Beginner strength and stamina classes since January and they have been transformative! I’m fitter, stronger and back into my jeans which had become a bit too tight over Christmas! I’ve got more energy and I love the small class sizes which mean you get to know everyone. They’re comfortable and not intimidating at all. I can’t recommend these sessions highly enough. Thanks to the team there for your support and guidance, I can’t imagine not doing these classes now.
